Downing will join his former Judas Priest band mates Les Binks and Tim “Ripper” Owens to perform a full-length set of Judas Priest classics with Megadeth- bassist David Ellefson on 3.11.2019 at Steel Mill in Wolverhampton, United Kingdom.
