I saw Heaven And Hell and Iced Earth in Birmingham and the following week the mighty Machine Head tour so I have been having a cool time sneaking off to some killer shows. It was great to see Ripper in such great form as he always is. Mind you I did not get to see the legendry Led Zeppelin so I guess the best that us disappointed millions can hope for this Christmas is that Santa will try to convince them to get out there on the road and give us a good dose of their classic rock masterpieces. I also got to see Joey Belladonna and his new band very close to my hometown; it was great to see him again after our cool tour together with Anthrax in 05.<\/p>\n<p>Well I guess if you single guys out there are anything like me you have left everything to the last minute. I can honestly say that if I don\u2019t get my act together by tomorrow I stand a chance of being in serious trouble with my family and friends. I can guarantee that I will be there as usual on Christmas eve panicking trying to save myself when what I would really like to do is go to the pub and join in the festivities with the more organised Holiday shoppers.<\/p>\n<p>I wonder if any of you have any interesting new year\u2019s resolutions that you are going to make. If so, let us in on them at the Mill &#8211; don\u2019t be shy. I think they could make fun reading, although personally I must confess that I am too much of a coward to tell you what mine are.<\/p>\n<p>As always I would like to extend my gratitude to each and every one of you for your continued support and participation at the Steel Mill, and of course to the Millworkers for their toil, sweat, friendship and dedication. It has been a great year and I am much excited at the prospects to come in 2008 but for now I wish you and the Millworkers the best and happiest Metal holidays ever!!!!!
