Oddly, yet entertainingly, named 17th album in order \u201cBang Zoom Crazy… Hello\u201d shows the versatility of groups ability to bring good old fashioned rock to the masses.<\/p>\n
\u201cBang\u2026\u201d counts at rallying choruses and ZZ Top meets AC\/DC like guitarwork. The opening track \u201cHeart On The Line\u201d brings out excellency in groovy guitar work that matches perfectly with Robin Zanders roaring vocals. This IS the track of the whole album and could serve as the most rockin\u2019 piece of summer 2016.<\/p>\n
Second, with much more softer and easier vibe, \u201cNo Direction Home\u201d gets easily forgotten when third in order, moody and epic rocker \u201cWhen I Wake Up Tomorrow\u201d brings out one of the best melodies in Cheap Trick\u2019s legendary repertoire.<\/p>\n
Maybe a bit desperate effort to try to lure the mainstream sound \u201cBlood Red Lips\u201d still engages your attention with it\u2019s catchy riff (Status Quo might wanna take a listen to this\u2026) and singalong vibe.<\/p>\n
Other songs well worth mentioning are the excellent Dobie Gray cover of \u201cThe In Crowd\u201d and it\u2019s magical guitar work, \u201cThe Sun Never Sets\u201d is a perfect summer rocker and \u201cRoll Me\u201d keeps ya boots rollin\u2019!<\/p>\n
\u201cBang\u2026\u201d lasts conveniently only 39 minutes consisting of 11 songs with no fillers included. To people, who hasn\u2019t yet listened to every single Cheap Trick album from start to finish this would make a great starter to bands discography. \u201c Bang Zoom Crazy… Hello\u201d is a plain solid and entertaining rock album and band sounds as fresh as ever!<\/p>\n
