K.K. Downing to play a show of Judas Priest classics with Ripper Owens, Les Binks and David Ellefson!

K.K. Downing will join his former Judas Priest band mates Les Binks and Tim “Ripper” Owens to perform a full-length set of Judas Priest classics with Megadeth- bassist David Ellefson on 3.11.2019 at Steel Mill in Wolverhampton, United Kingdom.

The one-off show at K.K.’s Steel Mill will feature a full band set from Ellefson’s “Sleeping Giants” band, followed by the Priest set with Downing, Binks and Owens. Former Iron Maiden -vocalist Blaze Bayley will be the evening’s opening support act. Additionally, the Steel Mill will also host a special pre-show VIP event whereby attendees will be treated to a “More Life With Deth” book-signing event and one-on-one question-and-answer session with Ellefson, Downing and Ellefson’s “More Life With Deth” co-author Thom Hazaert, moderated by Mark Eglinton, who co-authored Downing’s recent memoir “Heavy Duty Days And Nights In Judas Priest”.

K.K. has this to say on the upcoming show:

I am very pleased to announce that I will be playing a full concert at the Steel Mill in the UK to celebrate the release of David Ellefson’s new book “More Life With Deth” and to also thank the fans for their support of this great venue. I together with the organisers have arranged for a nominal admission fee as a special thank you from me to all of the fans on our first year anniversary at the Steel Mill. In addition there will be a limited number of VIP tickets available also at a nominal fee, I will be teaming up with David on bass, Ripper Owens vocals, Les Binks on drums and guitarist A.J. Mills. Blaze Bayley, former singer with Iron Maiden will be special guest for the evening. I will look forward to seeing you all on the 3rd of November for this very special occasion.
